Return & Exchange Policy

At Fair Artisan Store, we carefully curate and inspect every item to ensure the highest quality.

Please note that we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer exchanges under specific conditions.

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of purchase.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Exchanges are possible only for a different size or model, subject to stock availability.
Exchanges are available within Thailand only.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the item does not meet the conditions listed above.
