Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products online.

Many of the pieces available at Fair Artisan Store are made in small quantities, sourced from independent makers, or available for a limited period.

Product availability is therefore subject to change without notice.

We do our best to ensure that all product descriptions, images, colours and prices are accurate. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device, and we cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your device will be an exact representation of the product.

As some of our pieces are handmade or produced in small batches, slight variations in colour, print, texture or finish may occur. These variations are part of the character of the piece and should not be considered a fault.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products available for purchase, refuse or cancel orders, or discontinue products at any time.

All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB), unless otherwise stated.

Prices and product availability may change from time to time without notice.

We reserve the right to correct any errors relating to pricing, product descriptions, promotions or availability. If an error is discovered after an order has been placed, we may contact you to offer the correct information or cancel the order and issue a refund where applicable.

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Once you place an order, you will receive confirmation that we have received it.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasonable reasons, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity or unauthorised transactions.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will contact you and arrange a refund where applicable.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing, contact and shipping information when placing your order.

We currently offer shipping within Thailand and to selected destinations in Europe.

While we do our best to ensure orders are sent and delivered within the estimated timeframes, delays caused by shipping providers, customs or circumstances outside of our control may occur.

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Our returns, exchanges and refund process is outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the conditions set out in that policy.

Certain items, including sale, archive and sample pieces, may be final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Fair Artisan Store may sell products created by independent designers, artists, makers and other brands.

All product information provided by these partners is presented as accurately as possible. Intellectual property relating to those products, including brand names, logos, artwork and designs, remains the property of the relevant owner.

Purchasing a product through Fair Artisan Store does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the customer.

All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, designs and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Fair Artisan Store unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

We ship nationwide within Thailand at a fixed rate of 150 THB.

Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 days, depending on your location and the delivery service.

We also offer international shipping to Europe through Thailand Post.

International shipping is available at a fixed rate of 2,000 THB, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 2–3 weeks.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local customs processing.

Any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

• 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
• Free return shipping within Thailand.
• Choose between an exchange, store credit or refund to your original payment method.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags attached.
• Sale items, samples and archive pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Simply send us a message on WhatsApp or email us with your order details and let us know how we can help.

Once your return has been approved, we’ll provide you with the next steps for sending your item back to us.

When we receive the item and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will process your exchange, store credit or refund.

Need a different size, colour or style? No problem.

We’re happy to help you exchange your item. If there is a difference in price, we will either collect or refund the difference.

Your replacement will be sent once we have received and approved your original item.

If you would prefer a refund, we can refund your original payment method once your return has been received and approved.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

You can also choose store credit, which can be used towards something else you love from Fair Artisan.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Returned in the original packaging where possible

Please take care when trying on your pieces. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept items that show signs of wear, damage or have had their tags removed.

Items purchased from our Sale collection, as well as archive pieces and samples, are considered final sale.

These items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include a photo or short video showing the issue.

We will do our best to make it right as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit or a full refund. Return shipping will be covered by us.
